Allison McCartney has over 2O years experience in the early childhood sector, working alongside teams to develop positive workplace culture, high quality programs for children and helping support parents in their child’s early year’s development.

I am passionate about developing competent, skilled leaders and educators to drive high quality outcomes for children. It is important to acknowledge the complexity of the early childhood years and recognise who we are, how we work and why we should advocate for children.
